Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our weekend team. This person will work a 12-hour day shift, 6:00AM to 6:30PM, every other Saturday and Sunday and be compensated under our Weekend Warrior Program for 32 hours. The RN will provide nursing care to our neighbors that reside here and be supervisor for the CNA's, CMT's and other team members that work weekend. This is a part time position, but there are opportunities to work during the week that could make it full time.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform diagnostic
- Monitor vital signs and ensure accurate documentation of patient information
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Missouri
- Proficient in performing basic medical procedures
- Strong knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in Long-Term Care and Assisted Living and knowledge of geriatric medicine
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $31.67 - $33.59 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
