Bark Ranger

Definition of a Bark Ranger: tasked with keeping the bar running smoothly by handling day-to-day operations, enhancing the customer experience, and creating a safe, on-brand environment for guests and their dogs.

Responsibilities:

• Create a friendly environment for our guests and their dogs
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, including night-time events
• Educate our guests on pouring their own beer and overall operations of The Bark Park & Patio
• Handle any customer complaints/questions about the Taproom and Park
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked tap wall
• Close The Bark Park & Patio, following all procedures to ensure the entire venue is safe and secured at the end of the shift

Requirements:

• Have excellent experience in high-volume venues
• Ability to adapt to weather changing conditions
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed
• Must be 20 years old
• Desired Qualifications & Traits
• Strong communication skills
• Proven teamwork
• Enthusiastic and positive energy
• Previous bar experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to bend, stretch, and twist
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Part Time - $10.00/hr tips
Experience preferred but not required.

Hours of operation:

Tuesday - Friday 4 pm - 10 pm / Saturday & Sunday 12pm - 10 pm

This is an indoor and outdoor venue and we are open all year.
