A Day In The Life:
As a Sales Client Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to checkout. Your role is key in driving sales, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Book and rebook appointments, promote services, and sell packages to maximize client retention.
- Client Experience: Check clients in and out with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Appointment Management: Maintain an organized schedule to optimize daily operations and minimize gaps.
- Upselling & Recommendations: Educate clients on services, memberships, and retail products to enhance their pet’s care.
- Organization & Accuracy: Ensure all appointments, notes, and client details are recorded correctly in our system.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years sales experience.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, holidays, and weekends.
- Proven ability to multi-task on client, pet, and safety needs in a fast-paced team environment.
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Boulevard and Shopify platforms experience.
- Animal care/handling experience.
- Front desk or concierge experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
