Event Staff:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Event Venue Staff Member to join our team. This individual will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to setting up chairs, backing the bar, monitoring the grounds during events, taking garbage out, washing dishes, and clearing tables. Please note that this is a seasonal position, and you must be available to work from May to the end of October. Must be able to work evenings and weekends – most shifts take place between Thursday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the grounds during events, ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests
Assist with event set up and clean up, including taking out garbage and recycling
Clear tables after dinner and maintain the cleanliness of the event hall and grounds
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns promptly and professionally
Attend meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements:
Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred
Must be able to work evenings and weekends, Thursday through Sunday as needed
Must have excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
