We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized residential construction superintendent to join our fast growing residential construction team. This role is crucial in overseeing the day-to-day operations of home-building projects, ensuring that each phase of the construction process meets quality standards, stays on schedule, and aligns with budget constraints. The superintendent will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and sales consultants to coordinate activities, maintain efficient workflows, and promptly address any challenges on site.
Our office is in Dunn NC but we service a large portion of Eastern NC.
