Uses leadership skills to ensure quality service and proper food distribution along with reviewing preparation of the event with the team to ensure the utmost focus on the safety of our guests.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees food & beverage catering events preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the catering events experience.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
- Estimates food and beverage costs.
- Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
- Conducts daily inspection of catering locations and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Periodically evaluates units’ equipment for repairs and maintenance, schedules for service.
- Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
- Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by leadership.
- Collaborates with the Catering Operations Manager to ensure appropriate staffing and seamless execution of events, maintaining high service standards and efficiency.
- This role will also assist in restaurant and club operations as required.
- Due to the nature of our business, team members are expected to be available and work weekends, late evenings, and Holidays, as needed.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly organized and self-directed.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to delegate jobs to staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Provides feedback to the team sharing the feedback with leadership.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 4 years experience of food and beverage services
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach overhead.
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
