We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sewer Sales Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in residential and commercial sewer systems. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining sewer systems and ensuring optimal functionality for our clients. The Sewer Sales Technician will work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to address drainage issues effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot sewer line problems using appropriate tools and techniques. Sewer line inspection cameras, test balls, etc.
- Prepare repair plans and present options to customers. Sell repair plans
- Maintain accurate records of inspections performed, quotes provided, sales made.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their repair needs.
QUALIFICATIONS ON REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Tradesman, Journeyman or Master Plumber License with the state of Texas.
- 2-5 years of sales experience required.
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing.
- Proficiency in using sewer line inspection cameras, iPad, sales software.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Experience in remodeling or maintenance person services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards.
- Plumbing License required
- Driver’s License required & Clean driving record.
- 1 year experience Drain Tech required.
- Commission based position.
