Position Summary
The Executive Financial Officer (EFO) is a vital member of the leadership team, offering strategic financial guidance to ensure the organization’s long-term financial health. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the EFO collaborates closely with the Finance and Audit Committees, overseeing all financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management. This leadership role will spearhead the development and execution of financial strategies, enhance resource allocation, and guarantee adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards. In addition, the EFO will act as a liaison to the CFI Foundation Board of Directors and supervise finance, payroll, and IT staff members to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
