Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients to our Agency by building personalized solutions for their Auto, Property and Life Insurance.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Offer bundle opportunities to become our customer's One stop shop for Insurance.
- Most of the interactions are done through phone calls, but we also give them the flexibility to communicate through email, text, video calls and in person.
- Network with potential business partners such as Realtors, Lenders, car dealerships, and expand your professional connections through social media.
Requirements
- For the opportunity to work remote, you need to have successful Auto and Property Insurance Sales experience of at least 1 year, either with Allstate or another Captive Company.
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Spanish.
- An active Property & Casualty License in Texas. Also a Life & Health License is required later down the road to offer Life Insurance Products.
- Availability to travel to the Agency in Edinburg, Texas for 1 week of training.
- Positive personality, be coachable and self driven.
Salary : $50,000 - $125,000
