What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN)- Home Health position at The Bay at Woodlands Home Health?
Woodlands Home Health is looking for an RN to join our growing nursing team. This is a traveling position Home Health services multiple counties in Northern Wiscosin. Each nurse has a primary area of service and assists with vacation coverage and weekend roation coverage.
Some Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides nursing care to patients as assigned( IV, Cath, Wound vac and more).
Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
Performs Start of Care visits, Resumption of Care Visits and Dischargevisits.
Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)..
Experience:
RN: 1 year (Preferred)- Home Health experience Preferred but not required
License:
RN (Required)
