Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tanning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while promoting our tanning services and products. You will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for our customers, helping them achieve their desired tanning results.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized consultations to understand their tanning needs.
- Educate clients on the different tanning options available, including UV tanning, spray tans, spa services and skincare products.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the customer experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tanning equipment and salon areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of products and supplies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively upsell services and products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
