Valet Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, and maintaining the highest standards of service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles.
• Safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas while adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Maintain an organized parking area, ensuring efficient use of space and accessibility for guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking policies and procedures.
• Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns related to parking services.
• Conduct regular checks of the parking area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Handle any special requests from guests in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Experience in a dealership or retail environment is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as it enhances guest interactions.
• Familiarity with retail math is beneficial for managing any related transactions.
• Ability to drive both manual transmission and automatic vehicles safely.
• A background as a delivery driver or in hospitality can be advantageous.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
