What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Sales position at The Bean Agency?
We are adding full and part time agents to our team.
We sell and work with all types of life insurance, retirement, and Medicare products.
We have lead systems in place from people who have requested products we can help them with! We have eliminated the time it takes to go door to door or do cold calling. This gives you more time to meet with interested prospects and gives you the ability to make more money in less time.
We have training and guidance to help you move in the right direction! We have in person training, group training, one on one training all from other agents who do what you are going to be doing.
We have yearly trips that can be earned! There are also other various contests throughout the year.
This is a commission only, 1099 position.
We are looking for people who are coachable, grateful, and ready to get moving! With us you have flexible schedules and the ability to earn more money if you put in the extra work. We are currently conducting interviews to add the right talent to our team.
Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
