The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing all photoshoots and brand events. The incumbent will actively contribute ideas and points of view to drive brand innovation at T.B.B.C. This key role will contribute both to the strategic and tactical logistics of all company brand events.
Brand Marketing
- Plan and coordinate the execution of all corporate events including customer celebration events, employee events, and special sales events (example: Showroom Birthday Celebration).
- Proactively identify inspiration and source materials for all T.B.B.C. events (photoshoots, customer events, corporate events).
- Manage and maintain event calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and deadlines are met.
- Design and manage a filing system for future accessibility of all event details inclusive of vendor pricing and sources.
- Support day to day brand related tasks in order to drive successful events.
- Manage event marketing and mailing kits, as required.
- Provide regular communication and updates on the status of events as necessary.
Photo Shoots
- Plan and execute all photo shoots, attending onsite as needed.
- Manage the model selection process and partner with other areas of the organization to ensure proper selection.
- Responsible for ordering, assembling and on time delivery of promotional materials and gifts for model swag ahead of photoshoots.
- Manage pre-photoshoot planning operations, travel logistics and timelines, including scouting strategic event locations, price negotiations, obtaining permission for commercial photography and all other technicalities.
- Responsible for organizing, packing, and shipping of all samples, supplies, and props. Collaborate with Brand Marketing Specialist and Senior Product Asset Specialist to ensure an efficient, seamless process.
- Ensure photo shoot looks, shots and schedule have been reviewed by photo shoot team prior to shoot.
- Communicate and manage all day-of logistics, inclusive of coordinating team responsibilities, to ensure a seamless experience.

Who we would like to meet:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Generally, 1 years in event planning, brand management, or relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite: Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
