About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and personable Farmers Market Manager to be the face of The Bee Love Project at local farmers markets and pop-up events. You will manage our booth at Fairfield, New Canaan, LaChat Town Farm, and PopShop Markets from Friday to Sunday. Your mission? Drive sales, engage with customers, and share our passion for bees and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and break down The Bee Love Project booth at assigned farmers markets and events
- Represent the brand with passion, professionalism, and purpose
- Drive product sales by actively engaging with customers and communicating product benefits
- Share the story and mission behind The Bee Love Project to create meaningful customer connections
- Manage on-site inventory and daily sales reporting
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing booth
- Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
MUST HAVES:
- PROVEN sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding goals
- Naturally outgoing and great with people, you know how to make a connection and close a sale
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for bees, nature, sustainability, and our mission
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle setup and breakdown tasks
- Physically able to lift products, tables, and tents as needed
- Must be available Fridays through Sundays on a consistent basis
- Reliable transportation to and from market locations

- Have experience working at markets, pop-ups, or in brand ambassador roles
- Have knowledge or curiosity about bees, pollination, or environmental sustainability
