- Provide hospice care and support to clients with terminal illnesses, ensuring comfort during their final days.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Support clients in group home settings or senior care facilities, fostering a positive environment.
- Implement care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences.
- Engage with clients through meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities or autism, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or group home settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and CPR certification is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
