What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at The Behavior Business LLC?
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CBT license is required prior to starting
- Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Other Requirements:
- Successful completion of criminal history background check
- Negative TB test prior to starting with clients
- CPR Certification
Job Duties:
- Run skill acquisition programs with clients
- Complete notes daily
- Collect data and graph data as instructed using Google Sheets/Google Forms
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients according to HIPAA and Washington state law.
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions
- Other job duties as assigned by supervisor
- Travel daily between North Seattle and Lynnwood
