Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for those you serve.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and family members on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs within educational and community settings.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Proficient in patient assessment methodologies and data collection practices.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical record management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals in special education settings.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.

You MUST reside in or 1 hour from the Oklahoma border, this is a hybrid position with a 30-90 day start period due to credentialing requirements. Bilingual is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
