Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and family members on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within educational and community settings.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical record management.

You MUST reside in or 1 hour from the Oklahoma border, this is a hybrid position with a 30-90 day start period due to credentialing requirements. Bilingual is a plus!
