How are we different?
BCBA clinical supervisors will provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities within the home, school, and community settings. Analysts will be responsible for providing on-going training and feedback to our BCaBA and RBT level staff, as well as caregivers. They will manage a small caseload of 5-8 clients, allowing for adequate in-home support on a weekly basis. Employees in this role are responsible for conducting adaptive behavior assessments, functional assessments as well as skill assessments to be included in our client’s individual treatment plans with guidance from our skilled doctorate-level staff. Additional requirements are to routinely evaluate program effectiveness, make modifications as needed, as well as establish positive relationships with our providers, caregivers, and outside stakeholders. Our clinical supervisors must be detailed oriented, and strong in the areas of data analysis, leadership, and communication.
Job Qualifications
Contract Requirements: 25-billable hours per week. Bonus added for additional billable hours.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday: 8:30am - 2:00pm

Job Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in field of course instruction
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
