The Supervisee is actively working towards becoming a BCBA, is enrolled in BACB approved coursework, and seeking supervision of accrued restricted and unrestricted hours. This position assists with the supervision of therapy staff, policies, and procedures. This position is critical to the Behavior Exchange. The Supervisee serves as an assistant to BCBAs and / or Assistant Clinical Directors with a focus on case management, oversight, and training. They ensure the smooth operation of the organization, its core values, and mission by being a friendly, welcoming ambassador to the organization’s clients, staff, and visitors.

Clinical Duties and Caseload Management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position assists with the supervision of all therapists and clients in the assigned caseload(s).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This role may occasionally encounter patients with severe problem behavior in the form of aggression, property destruction, self-injurious behaviors and / or self-stimulatory behaviors.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m., Saturday 9 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.
