Job Title : Seasonal - Behavior Therapist (RBT)
We are seeking a Seasonal Behavior Therapist to join our team in Frisco, Plano, or Prosper, TX.
About the Role :
This is a full-time seasonal position that offers hands-on experience while earning extra money for the summer. As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide individualized educational services to clients aged 2-12 with autism and related disorders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct one-on-one and small group sessions with clients
- Engage clients in cooperative, collaborative, and teamwork-based activities
- Maintain accurate data collection, daily logs, and graphing requirements for each session
- Participate in parent and professional observations, offering feedback and training as needed
- Attend mandatory clinical training and team meetings
- Ensure client and personal safety by following health and safety protocols
