Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Provide direct support to children with autism and other behavioral health challenges.
- Conduct patient assessments to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on client behaviors and responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or related developmental disorders, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and techniques is essential.
- Knowledge of data collection methods related to behavioral therapy is preferred.
- Understanding of patient care principles and the ability to provide compassionate support.
- Experience in applying behavior analysis techniques in real-world settings is a plus.
