We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in assessing, developing, and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) while overseeing and mentoring our clinical staff. The perfect candidate must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a home setting, as well as community, clinic, or school-based as needed. Additionally, they would be tech savvy, and have a creative and innovative mindset, while also having the ability to work as a team. Key Responsibilities:
Behavioral Assessment:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments for clients.
- Utilize a variety of assessment tools to collect comprehensive data on client behavior, ensuring accurate understanding of their needs.
Intervention Planning:
- Develop personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Set measurable goals and objectives that align with each client’s unique needs.
Implementation and Supervision:
- Oversee the execution of behavior intervention plans by behavior technicians.
- Provide consistent training, supervision, and feedback to clinical staff, including mid-tier professionals, BTs, and RBTs.
- Conduct regular observations and performance assessments to ensure quality implementation.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Design and implement data collection systems that ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
- Analyze data to track progress and make informed decisions regarding intervention adjustments.
- Review and edit progress reports or functional behavior assessments for submission to funding sources.
Family Training and Collaboration:
- Conduct family training sessions to ensure consistency in the application of behavior strategies.
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress and facilitate the transfer of skills.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of company-wide best practices and training materials for clinical staff.
Ethical and Legal Compliance:
- Adhere to the ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and requirements.

- Service delivery in a variety of settings, including in-clinic, in-home, in-school, in-community, and telehealth.
- Collaborative team environment with weekly case consultations.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavior technicians.
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to adopt and sustain various postures, including kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing, for extended periods.

- The role involves working in diverse environments such as client homes, schools, and community settings.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate client needs.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
