The Behavior Train is looking to add on our existing staff in our Monroe Clinic! If you know anyone that is interested in becoming a train engineer (behavior technician) with us, pass this information along. Here are the specific qualities that we are looking for in our Front-Line Behavior Technicians:
A love for children, especially those with special needs.
A person interested in behavior, education or psychology.
Someone that is a great note taker and data collector.
A person that is patient and values the power of praise.
Someone who takes their job seriously, but themselves, not so much.
Someone that tends to be more introverted than extroverted.
Someone that is coach-able, drama-free and ready to learn a new skill set.
