Duties
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and service stations.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or busy service periods.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Support food handling procedures by ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Provide support to other team members to enhance overall guest experience.
Skills
- Previous experience in bussing or similar roles within the hospitality or food service industry is required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices.
