What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cocktail Server position at The Belfry?
The Belfry is a bar in the East Village known for great cocktails, lively atmosphere, and enthusiastic service. We are searching for servers to join our team!
About you…
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards, guest relations, and service standards are a plus, but we’re willing to train the right individual.
- Great communicator, including clear verbal and active listening skills
- Experience with high-volume serving is a plus, but we prefer personality and enthusiasm.
- An excellent collaborator with a team-oriented mentality.
- Willing to meet the demands of a late-night operation, including holidays and weekends.
- TIPS certification and a Food Handler’s license are major pluses!
