Our commitment to everything we do inspires us to guarantee a home of the ultimate hospitality extended to members and their guests through our bespoke service culture and curated programming.

Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for hospitality. As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through execution of day to day restaurant operation and events at the Club. Previous Food & Beverage experience is a requirement for the position.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays . This includes competitive compensation starting at $55,000 annually.

Responsibilities :

• Sets and implement schedules for the restaurant, events, and comfort station pavilions.
• Manages and assists in the ordering of all alcohol beverages, maintains liquor pour cost, implements recipes and retail pricing of product.
• Assist with payroll related tasks (tip distribution, hours of worked monitoring, etc.)
• Works closely with the kitchen to ensure expedient ticket times, excellent food quality and proper plate presentation.
• Assists in the completion of all month end inventories to include the kitchen, bars, and comfort stations.
• Assists the Food and Beverage Manager with cost analysis.
• Assists in the managing the floor in the dining room and comfort station pavilions.
• Manages table service standards for the restaurant.
• Promotes and implements all Pyramid Global standards, procedures and policies.
• Assisting with interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Manages department members that may include, but is not limited to : servers, service attendants, service ambassadors, etc.
• Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new hire.
• Develops ongoing training and incentive programs and tests for comprehension.
• Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower and productivity
• Performs other duties as required.
