What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant position at The Bell Nola?
The Bell, nestled along the charming tree-lined Esplanade Avenue in Bayou St. John, joins an already thriving community of restaurants in a vibrant neighborhood. We are opening a neighborhood restaurant with an "English accent." The space, designed to feel like a British pub, is warm, inviting, and fun. The menu will be seafood leaning with small touches borrowed from our favorite restaurants in London.
The ideal candidate will be very service and detail oriented, with an interest in wine service, food, cocktails, and beer. We are looking for someone who has worked in restaurants and is interested in working amongst a group of professionals in a sophisticated dining room where service is polished but warm and familiar - someone who enjoys or would like to learn proper steps of service and is looking to continue their growth by learning as much as possible, whenever possible. Above all, personality and work ethic are key.
