About the Role
As our Insurance Sales / Advisor , youll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. Youll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive annual wage.
What Youll Do :
Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
What Were Looking For :
Sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
