Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $36-64/hour DOE
- Location: Midland, TX
- Assignment Duration: 12 months
- Work Schedule: 10/4 - 9 hour shifts
- Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO
- Multiple positions of available - minimum 3 years experience required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
- Prior Compressor gas lift operations preferred
- Mechanical or oilfield-related experience required - 3 yrs. preferred
- Prior mechanical and/or oil field experience
- A current valid vehicle operator’s license with an insurable driving record is required
Responsibilities:
- Learn daily gas compressor and compressor facility operations. Good housekeeping
- Handle on-call duties, and drive company vehicle to locations
- Work is performed in learning mode. Learned appropriate tools to use, identify, diagnose, and repair/replace equipment. Basic troubleshooting
- Maintain up-to-date reporting of facility operations and be responsible for all the aspects required for the JBPE
- Daily interaction with Foremen, Compressor Operators, Mechanics, and Lease Operators. Occasionally works side-by-side with contractors
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, including special projects
