Overview
We are seeking a Front Office Admin for assignment in Arlington, Virginia. The selected candidate will provide administrative, clerical and/or para-professional support at our clients facility.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general cleanliness of office
- Manage janitorial services
- Ensure supplies are stocked, dishwashers are turned on and emptied and refrigerators are cleaned out on a regular basis (local office staff responsible for putting their own dishes in dishwasher).
- Keeping bulletin boards up-to-date
- Oversee U.S. Mail, Fed Ex, couriers, Stamps.com/postage machines
- Oversee and/or order local office supplies
- Maintaining visitor log book
- Manage reception training for practice regarding accepting legal documents when delivered to office for all staff who cover the front desk
- Assist with local office issues; badging
- May assist with conference room scheduling; set-up and clean-up; ordering food
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years experience in an Administrative role
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Customer Service skills are a plus
