Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $25-26/hour
- Location: Williston and Alexander, ND
- Assignment Duration: 12 months
- Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hour (may require weekend callouts)
- Benefits: Comprehensive with 401(k) program, PTO and Holidays
Responsibilities
- Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers
- Analyzes inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs
- Duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations
- Work with moderate direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position
- Perform basic inventory decisions and analysis of high complexity
Qualifications
- Software skills / web based program skills: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Particularly Excel
- ERP experience
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Inventory field
- Organizational skills: ability to establish and maintain sustainable administrative processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Work well under highly adaptive and quickly changing environment
- High School diploma or GED required
