Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $30-36/hour, DOE
- Location: Odessa, TX
- Work Schedule: M-F / 40
- Assignment Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions
- Collaborate with production staff to meet established quality and quantity targets
- Monitor equipment performance, conducting inspections and adjustments as needed
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or a similar technical role (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work the designated schedule and adapt to operational needs
- Familiarity with oil and gas production equipment is a plus
- Highschool Degree or GED is required
