Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $50-51/hour
- Location: Jonesville, TX
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours , in office
- Assignment Duration: 12 months

- Notary and TREC ROW registration required for this role!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years' midstream experience
- Notary and TREC ROW registration required
- Must be proficient with GIS, Excel, Outlook, and various online research tools
- Title experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and interpret the terms and conditions of real property contracts and other legal agreements
- Support Land, Operations, Financial Reporting, Audit, Legal, Commercial, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Facilities, and Tax in the management of real property leases and term agreements
- Responsible for supporting local stakeholders with land & right-of-way projects within an assigned location
- Assist with and develop plans for access, temporary workspace, and notification of integrity and corrosion projects
- Prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims; prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property
- Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies; investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims; requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor
