Opportunity Snapshot:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Candidates should have experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in roles such as Asset Integrity, Fixed Equipment, Mechanical Integrity, and Maintenance Engineers
- Must have experience in refined chemical plants
Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical integrity engineering support for the Mechanical Integrity Program
- Responsible for oversite of the mechanical integrity inspection, and repair programs for fixed equipment. This position is also responsible for conducting of fitness-for-service calculations and thickness requirements for pressure vessels, exchangers, tanks, and piping per the applicable API/ASME and National Board standards for topside pressure equipment
- Coordinate and execute Add/Change/Deletes to MI documentation (Inspection isometrics, CML updates on drawing etc.). Coordinate Add/Change/Deletes to IDMS data management. (Addition of CML’s, Deletion of CMLs, Idle CML etc.)
- Coordinate the execution of the Mechanical Integrity Program inspection and remediation tasks for assigned platforms
- Provide integrity engineering guidance/direction to offshore inspectors
- Perform engineering analysis of inspection results
- Determine integrity alarm level of inspection findings per the Mechanical Integrity Program procedures
- Perform Fitness for Service calculations to determine remaining life of topside piping and pressure equipment
- Develop and implement of integrity recommendations and corrective actions
- Ensure all inspection tasks are updated appropriately in the IDMS
- Implement APM/SAP workflows for the execution of Mechanical Integrity Program tasks
