We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Design team. This role is responsible for managing workflows, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless operations within Pace, Miro, and Google Suite. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who excels in problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration. A passion for design and creativity is key, as this position plays a vital role in supporting the team’s efficiency and success.

Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, onsite at our Chanhassen, MN facility

A variety of these traits will help land you this job. If you have:

  • a High School diploma or GED required
  • a minimum of 3 years of professional office/remote experience typing notes, follow-up emails, video calls, and phone calls

On top of that you must have:

  • proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • experience using Miro and Pace (or similar project management and collaboration tools).
  • strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • a proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

In this position you'll:

  • provide administrative support to the Design team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • manage and organize digital assets, project files, and team documentation across Google Suite, Miro, and Pace.
  • assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
  • facilitate communication within the design team and with other departments, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
  • support the onboarding of new design team members, including providing training on internal tools and processes.
  • contribute to the organization and execution of design team events and activities.
  • research and gather information relevant to design projects, field/instore photographs or trend research.
  • proactively identify opportunities to improve team processes and efficiency.
  • perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Compensation Range: $47,800 - 54,080 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
