Intern, Large Format Retail Production

As a Large Format Retail Production Intern, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to support our talented Production team while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge equipment and processes. You'll be at the forefront of key projects focused on enhancing Safety, Quality, and Efficiency in our production line. In this role, you’ll operate various Large Format equipment, including Press, Lamination, Heat Transfer, and Cutting machines. You'll not only learn the ins and outs of the production process but also contribute to meaningful improvements that impact our operations. We’re looking for passionate individuals with a background in the manufacturing industry who are eager to learn and grow. Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $20.00 Hourly

• are pursuing an accredited Trade School or relevant Associate/Bachelor program with a planned major with an area in print production
• have experience in a fast-paced, metrics driven work environment.
• have the ability to collaborate with all levels in a complex business environment.

On top of that you must:

• have the ability to work onsite full time for the length of the internship.
• pay close attention to details so you are able to complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standards.
• be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs.
• have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems independently, effectively and creatively.
• apply effective time management and self-management skills.
• understand and maintain the confidential nature of company and client information.

In this position, you will:

• work with Production Operators, Leads, Supervisors and Analysts to develop best practices and SOP creation.
• run Large Format equipment to understand the production environment.
• manage projects regarding continuous improvement of Safety, Quality and Efficiency of the production floor.
• maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• learn the processes and procedures of TBG Large Format Production.
• perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
