Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives on keeping projects moving and teams aligned? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and help bring custom print projects to life. In this role, you'll work closely with sales and internal teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, on budget, and within quality standards. From managing timelines and resources to coordinating with cross-functional partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring project success from start to finish.
Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
A variety of these traits will help land you this job:
- a minimum of 2 years of related experience in working directly with customers.
- project coordination, project management, or a customer-facing role.
- Two-year degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivelant work experience
On top of that you must have:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects.
- The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
In this position, you will:
- Coordinate product and site changes for customer MOD (Marketing on Demand) systems between customers and internal teams.
- Support Project Managers with customer projects and jobs from start to finish.
- Enter orders, assist with setting goals and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to corporate-level projects as assigned.
- Communicate with customers, Project Managers, and Sales to ensure clarity on project details and timelines.
- Follow up on customer expectations and relay updates to team members and stakeholders in a timely, clear manner.
- Track project milestones and deliverables; provide updates and support documentation via email.
- Proactively identify scope changes and potential roadblocks, communicating them to Project Managers.
- Assist with project tracking, distribution lists, job status updates, and quality control follow-up.
- Help build and maintain strong business relationships key to project success.
- Create purchase orders and gather necessary information for accurate project billing.
- Obtain final approval from Project Managers before project completion and delivery.
- Take on additional tasks and support miscellaneous projects as needed by the Project Management team.

Compensation Range: $56,000 - 66,000 annually
Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
