Evening Warehouse Manager

Job Title: Evening Warehouse Manager

Status: Non-Exempt

Shift Hours- 1pm- 9pm

The Evening Warehouse Supervisor will primarily be responsible for checking in delivery trucks, counting loaded trucks, and overseeing warehouse employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Supervise warehouse employees and assign duties.

-Check In remaining delivery trucks that arrive during shift.

-Check In late arriving inbound deliveries.

-Count loaded trucks; comparing what has been loaded to what the load sheet states.

-Assess load sheets for accuracy and if any issues are found when counting trucks, included but not limited to, incorrect product and stacking issues, notify the picker of the issue and have them correct.

-Pick and Load Point of Sale into delivery trucks for next day’s delivery.

-Receive any incoming phone calls regarding Delivery Driver, Helper, Warehouse or Load Crew call-offs for the day

-Call Delivery and/or Warehouse employees to ensure staffing coverage for all routes for the day.

-Perform other related duties as requested.

Required Skills/Abilities:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

-Thorough understand of applicable federal, state, local and company safety policies.

Education & Experience:

-High School Diploma or equivalent required.

-Class A CDL- PREFERRED

Benefits:

-Pay: $55,000-$65,000/ year
