Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at our hotel The Beverley Beach House. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a background in various maintenance disciplines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair.
- Record keeping for logs and inspection sheets.
- Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall skills are a plus.
- Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance.
Flexible schedule, as needed, mostly day shift (i.e. 9a-5p) - option for weekdays or weekends. There is the opportunity for more hours and more work upon starting the role.
