Position Summary
The Systems Analyst is the first point of contact for the loading, installation, repair, and documentation of the admin data need for the Biltmore Hotel, Alexander Hotel, Biltmore Golf Course, and Granada Golf Course. This includes, but not exclusive to, Personal Computers, Monitors, Printers, Copiers, POS Terminals, Productions Printers, Time Clocks, etc.
The Systems Analyst is responsible for delivering end-to-end support in accordance with IT service level agreements. By working directly with end-users, the Technician ensures all incidents are analyzed, resolved, and recorded within the appropriate tracking systems. The IT Technician should be broadly experienced in a number of technology disciplines including, desktop applications, routine networking, network security, documentation, and troubleshooting multifunction machines. This position requires consistent adherence to policies and procedures of the department as outlined in the Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOP’S).
Responsibilities
- Load, install, repair, and document the admin data for the Biltmore Hotel, Alexander Hotel, Biltmore Golf Course, and Granada Golf Course.
- Troubleshoot phones, wired and/or wireless internet issues for all hotel guests and meeting room issues.
- Assist the IT Engineer with calls that relate to IT needs for all Seaway Corp. properties.
- Assist the IT Manager with any projects that relate to IT needs for all Seaway Corp. properties; i.e. Computer upgrading, Servers, Network Switches, etc.
- Complete the morning checklist – Verify backups, essential server services, connectivity between properties, etc.
Experience and Education Required

Associates Degree is preferred
- Experience
At least two years previous working experience in the same field (Hospitality IT) is preferred

Salary : $47,400 - $60,000
