Responsibilities
- Daily food and beverage operations oversight, focusing on exceptional member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Strategic management of our point-of-sale system, emphasizing sales growth and minimized losses.
- Cooperation with front desk staff to streamline event management, reservations, and menu updates.
- Leading staff training initiatives, cultivating a positive work environment and driving employee development.
- Monitoring employee records, tracking labor costs, and addressing member complaints efficiently.
Requirements
- Prior experience in private clubs or hospitality management.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (desired).
- Advanced fine dining experience, thorough beverage knowledge, and expertise in quality food and beverage operations.
