- Lead with Passion: Guide a team of proximity agents with a direct, hands-on approach, ensuring the Door-to-Door Canvass Lead team reaches its goals.
- Supervise and Train: Oversee all proximity marketing field activities, including the crucial role of the Door-to-Door Canvass Lead in training and motivating team members.
- Cultivate Culture: As the Canvass Lead, create and develop the culture of the local proximity team through personal role modeling.
- Strategic Budgeting: Partner with the Proximity Marketing Director to budget effectively, with the Canvass Lead playing a key role in lead generation.
- Administrative Excellence: Coordinate logistics, maintain materials, and manage data as a Canvass Lead.
- A strategic thinker with a knack for project management and meticulous attention to detail.
- An excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Analytical, with a proficiency in evaluating performance.
- Knowledgeable in marketing communications and promotional strategies.
- A resourceful individual who can independently manage time and budget.
- Technically proficient, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Flexibility Required: Tuesday through Saturday during daylight hours, including weekend work.
