As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll orchestrate our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- High-Volume Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top talent nationwide.
- Strategic Hiring: Lead discussions to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer letters and background checks.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a delightful journey for candidates, making them eager to join our team.
- Experience: 2 years in recruiting.
