The Advancement & Stewardship Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of a successful donor stewardship plan and providing administrative support to the Office of Advancement. Working closely with all facets of the department, this role plays a crucial role in providing exemplary stewardship to the School’s donors by producing gift acknowledgement letters from the Chief Advancement Officer, running weekly reports to support the gift acknowledgement and recognition process, creating donor impact reports and assisting prospect managers with other stewardship touchpoints. This role will also provide administrative support to our frontline fundraising team.

Essential Functions And Specific Duties
- Develop and manage stewardship procedures to ensure gift commitments are appropriately recorded, managed and celebrated
- Work closely with the Database Manager to prepare donor acknowledgement letters
- Create and design impact reports for donors highlighting annual, campaign and lifetime philanthropic giving. Assist with other impact writing and collection of information as needed
- Run queries and lists from our database (Raiser's Edge) for the Major Gift team
- Submit reimbursement forms, invoices, travel expense reports, tech requests and receipts to the business office for the fundraising team. Perform other administrative duties for the fundraising team, as needed
- Responsible for managing and safeguarding confidential information for high net worth individuals, ensuring the highest standards of privacy and discretion at all times
- High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional working environment. Experience in the education or non-profit sector preferred
- Exceptional writing skills required
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge is preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and aptitude for learning new technology
