Retail Sales Key Holder Qualifications
- Strong service orientation with a strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Honesty and reliability
- Outgoing, flexible, hard-working and highly organized
- Experience in a retail/merchandising/sales position
- Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of our dynamic work environment including days, evenings, and weekends

Retail Sales Key Holder Job Responsibilities
- In the absence of store management, lead/supervise others on occasion and open and close the store
- Consistently achieve individual goals that support store objectives
- Drive revenue by providing a highly memorable and personalized customer experience through product knowledge and an exceptional store environment
- Operating our POS system
- Maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment
- Executing and delivering high quality responses to all customer inquiries
- Accurately ship occasional customer orders
