The Black History Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to preserving and promoting Black history, culture, and empowerment through education, advocacy, and innovation. As we expand our outreach, we are seeking a talented Volunteer Graphic Designer to assist in creating impactful marketing materials that inspire engagement and support our initiatives.
Role Overview :
The Volunteer Graphic Designer will work closely with our Marketing & Communications team to design compelling visual assets for digital, print, and social media campaigns . This role requires strong graphic design and photo editing skills , and video editing experience would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create high-quality marketing materials including flyers, brochures, infographics, and banners.
- Edit and enhance images and photos for digital and print use.
- Design social media graphics to support outreach and fundraising campaigns.
- Assist in branding efforts , ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Optional : If skilled in video editing , help create promotional videos, event highlights, and storytelling content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
