We’re seeking Student Market Research Evaluators to act as secret shoppers, collecting data and evaluating the performance of local businesses near your campus.
Responsibilities:
- Pose as a potential customer to assess business services.
- Submit inquiries via email or online forms and log all responses.
- Call businesses to follow up on inquiries and gather additional information.
- Visit local businesses in person, ask key questions, and evaluate staff interactions.
- Maintain regular communication with your manager to complete tasks and coordinate schedules.
- Submit thorough, detailed reports summarizing business performance and employee conduct.
Requirements:
- Must be a current college student living near your campus.
- Strong note-taking and attention to detail are essential.
- Comfortable posing as a prospective lessee (i.e., a potential renter).
- Reliable transportation to visit local businesses.
- Great time-management skills and a “poker face” demeanor.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
