About The Role
As an Aviation Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aircraft meet FAA regulations and internal standards before entering maintenance. You’ll verify airworthiness by reviewing maintenance records, documentation, and regulatory requirements, resolving any discrepancies, and coordinating with teams across Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. You will maintain induction checklists, audit incoming aircraft packages, support internal and regulatory audits, and continuously improve induction processes to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.

About The Role
As an Aviation Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aircraft meet FAA regulations and internal standards before entering maintenance. You’ll verify airworthiness by reviewing maintenance records, documentation, and regulatory requirements, resolving any discrepancies, and coordinating with teams across Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. You will maintain induction checklists, audit incoming aircraft packages, support internal and regulatory audits, and continuously improve induction processes to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the aircraft induction process for scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Verify airworthiness by ensuring all regulatory, OEM, and company requirements are reviewed and addressed prior to work start.
- Review aircraft maintenance records, logbooks, service bulletins, ADs (Airworthiness Directives), and other documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Identify any discrepancies or open items and work with planning, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve them before work begins.
- Create and maintain induction checklists to ensure all necessary data, approvals, and materials are available at the start of the maintenance event.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Planning, QA, Supply Chain) to ensure proper coordination and resource readiness.
- Audit incoming aircraft packages for accuracy and ensure that all work scope items are properly defined and documented.
- Assist with regulatory and internal audits related to aircraft induction and compliance processes.
- Continuously improve induction workflows and recommend changes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and turnaround times.

What You Bring To The Table
- 3 years of experience in aviation maintenance, compliance, or quality assurance, preferably in a Part 145 or Part 135 environment.
- Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations (FARs), maintenance programs, and aircraft documentation standards.
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Trax, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation systems.
