Structures Tech III .
We are looking for someone with exceptional character with experience on
piston or jet aircraft. Citation and / or King Air experience is extremely
helpful.

Primary Responsibilities
The Service Structures Technician III is directly responsible to the Maintenance Supervisor for the performance of the Aircraft Maintenance, Repair or Alteration.
- Fully understand and perform all duties and requirements set forth in the "Service Structures Technician I" and the "Service Structures Technician II" Job Description without guidance or oversight.
- Perform complex structural modifications and repairs without oversight or rework.
- Communicate with internal customers, external customers and vendors as required.
- Provide feedback to the Maintenance Supervisor and / or the General Manager regarding performance issues and evaluations of the Structures Technicians of lesser experience and grade.
- Navigate and practically apply the AC 43.13 requirements without any oversight or direction.
- Perform delegated maintenance inspections and repairs without oversight.
- Design major repairs and or alterations along with effectively communicating with FAA DER, Engineering and Chief Inspector for FAA approval.
- Provide training to Service Structure Tech I & II's
- Effectively lead major structure projects and assigned techs to an on time and on goal hour completion.
- Inspect Service Structure Tech I & II workmanship.
- Provide schedule updates to the Maintenance Supervisor and / or General Manager to ensure master schedule is accurate.
- Maintain a supervisor evaluated goal hour productivity rating of 90% or higher .
- Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
